  1. Prepare Leftover White chicken
  2. Prepare 1 small onion chopped
  3. Take 2 tbspn fresh coriander chopped
  4. Get 1 green chilli chopped
  5. Take 1 big tomato (half chopped and half sliced)
  6. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Prepare 2 tbspn maize flour
  8. Get 1 egg
  9. Take 1 tsp anardana (Kota howa)
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Red Chili flakes
  11. Get 1/4 tsp Red Chili powder
  12. Prepare to taste Salt
  13. Take 1 pinch black seeds
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
  15. Make ready 1 tsp roasted crushed coriander
  16. Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Steps to make Chicken Chapli Kabab:
  1. Chicken ki botiyan pees lain bowl ma nikal lain. Add salt,red chilli powder & flakes,cumin, coriander,black seeds, Ajwain, ginger garlic paste and anardana.
  2. Add chopped coriander, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, chopped tomato, maize flour and egg.
  3. Mix well. Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kabab of equal sizes. tomato slices kababs ke oper laga dain.
  4. In frying pan,add oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup and mayonnaise. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
