  1. Get 2 cups wheat flour
  2. Prepare 4 potatoes boiled
  3. Take 1 onion
  4. Make ready 4 sp corriander leaves finely chopped
  5. Get 1 sp chilly paste
  6. Prepare 1 sp ginger paste
  7. Prepare 1 sp chilly powder
  8. Get 1 sp jeera powder
  9. Make ready 1 sp anardana
  10. Take 1 sp garam masala
  11. Prepare 1 sp chat masala
  12. Make ready to taste Salt
  13. Prepare as needed Ghee
  14. Make ready as needed Oil

Instructions to make Punjabi potato laccha paratha:
  1. In mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil and knead soft dough cover and keep aside for 10min.
  2. Grate boiled potatoes to this add finely chopped onion, corriander leaves,ginger paste, chilly paste.
  3. Then add garam masala,rosted jeera powder, chilly powder,anardana crushed,chat masala and salt to taste mix altogether filling is ready.
  4. Make balls from dough and roll it spread filling and roll it like jalebi shape, now lightly pressit and spread it applying oil.
  5. Carefully lift and place it on hot tava and roast paratha applying ghee both sides. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
