  1. For gravy prep: bland the birista-yogurt into paste and keep aside than blend 4tomatoes and keep aside add cashews, red chili and 2 cups water into it boil and simmer it for 10 min. Let it cool remove red chillies stem and blend to a smooth paste
  2. For gravy: to the pan add 2 tbsp oil once hot add cloves, black cardamom, anise star, fennel seeds, and kasoori methi add yogurt-birista paste and cook for 4-5 min add 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/3 turmeric mix and cook 2 minutes pour in the tomato paste mix and add salt cover and cook 5 minutes add in the cashews-chilli paste stir and cook for another couple minute add 2 cups water and get to the boil and turn off the flam now gravy is ready
  3. For parcha: add oil in pan green chillies, ginger, cashews,and raisins cook for a minute than add carrot, french beans,corn, peas and paneer stir well and cook for 2 minutes than mash it well with masher add some water and mix it well add red chilli powder salt kichan king masala mix well and cook for a minute add coriander and anardana turn off the flam take slice of paneer and fill the mixture inside it.
  4. Now in a grill pan (if you have) add some butter a bit of a coriander and chilli flakes place the paneer parcha and grill it spread butter on top and sprinkle coriander and chilli flakes flip over and grill it for a minute
  5. Get this down in a serving plat then pour the gravy on parcha and serve hot.
