  2. Boneless chicken piyaz hari mirch aur hara daniya ko machine main pees ke qeema bana lein
  3. Ab pise huay qeeme main laal mirch powder, kute laal mirch, kuta daniya, garam masala, anardana powder, kali mirch powder, haldi, sonf powder, namak add kar lein
  4. Lasan adrak paste, malae cornflour powder add kar lein
  5. Anar (koila) ko chule pe rakh ke jala lein
  6. Ab ache say mix kar ke jala hua anar (koila) masale ke beech main rakh ke anar pe oil dal ke dakan de dein
  7. Jab anar (koila)ka dam lag jaye toh us main badam pista powder add kar ke mix kar ke 1 hour ke liye fridge main rakh dein
  8. Tawe ko garam kar lein aur medium flame pe rakh dein
  9. Bane huay masale ko kisi seekh main dal ke shape dein ab tawe pe thora oil add karen ab kabab ko tawa pe dal ke dakan de dein
  10. 2 mins baad dakan hata ke dusri side kabab ki roast kar ke phir say dakan de dein
  11. Ab kabab ko nikal dein aur aise hi sab kabab roast kar lein
  12. Jab sab kabab roast ho jaein toh thora sa oil tawe pe dal ke 2 cup chop tamatar 2 adad hari mirch kati hui aur namak dal ke dakan de dein
  13. Jab tamatar gal jaein toh kafgeer say katakat kar ke paste ki shakal bana lein
  14. Jab tamatar ki paste ban jaye toh us ke upar roast kiye huay kabab rakh ke dakan de dein 3 mins ke liye 3 mins baad kabab ki side change kar ke phir say 3 mins ke liye dakan de dein
  15. Ab raita aur chawalon ke sath tawa kabab serve karen garma garam tawa kabab tayar hain
