  1. Mix all ingredients with water. Make thick batter like pakoras. In fry pan or tawa, put 2 Tbsp oil, at low medium flame put 1tbsp of batter on tawa, spread batter with back of spoon as 2"circles.
  2. After 2 min: turn the side press lightly with flat spoon.
  3. Put on tawa at least 4 tikkie at a time. Fry both side till crisp.
  4. If oil dries than add little oil from the sides of tikkie.
