The ingredients needed to make PESHAWRI Chapali Kabab:
  1. Make ready kg Beef mince(qeema)1
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli crushed
  3. Make ready 5 tbsp Crushed Pomegranate/anardana
  4. Take Tomatoes 3chopped
  5. Get 3 Eggs
  6. Make ready (fry 2 eggs then cut into little pieces..mix 1 raw egg and 2 fried eggs together in qeema mixture)
  7. Take Salt as your taste
  8. Get 2 tbsp Garlic and ginger paste
  9. Make ready Green Chilies 5__6 chopped
  10. Get 2 tbsp Coriander Crushed
  11. Get Onions 2 medium size chopped
  12. Take Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch chopped
  13. Take 2 tbsp Zeera crushed
  14. Get Green onions/spring onions half cup
  15. Get 1 tbsp Gàram masala powder
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp Butter
  17. Prepare 6 tablespoons Corn Flour /makayi ka ata
  18. Prepare 1 cup Oil for frying

Steps to make PESHAWRI Chapali Kabab:
  1. In a bowl mix together mince (qeema), butter, crushed red chilli,crushed coriander seeds, crushed zeera,
  2. Crushed pomegranate seeds, makayi flour, 2 eggs fry chopped, chopped onion, green chilli chopped,
  3. Coriander leaves chopped, salt,gàram masala,tomatoes, egg 1 UN cook, and mix well.
  4. Keep aside for 1 hour,shape into big kababs, shallow fry in oil /ghee,and fix 1slice of tomato onto each kabab before frying. Fry till light golden in colour.
  5. The delicious peshawri chapli kababs are ready to serve to dahi ki chunti, partha and as u like to serve it with puri..
