  1. Make ready 250 gms chickpeas
  2. Make ready 2 medium sized onions
  3. Make ready 2 medium sized tomato
  4. Take 8-10 garlic cloves
  5. Prepare 1 inch ginger piece
  6. Take 2 green chillies
  7. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Make ready 2 tsp chana masala any
  11. Make ready 1 tsp kasori methi
  12. Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp anardana

Steps to make Chana masala:
  1. Soak chickpeas for 8-9 hrs, then wash properly and boil it in for 3- 4 whistles.
  2. Grind tomato,onion, garlic, ginger,and green chillies
  3. Now heat pan crackle all whole garam masala add paste saute fora5_6 min stir occasionally. Add coriander, garam masala, turmeric,red chilli powder Cook till it leaves oil now add boil chickpeas c cook for 2 more min then add chhola masala, black salt, carom seeds, anardana and salt and add water as needed.
  4. Boil for 10-12 mins now add kassori methi rubbed and chopped green coriander. Chana masala is ready for serve with rice, chapati or bhatura
