The ingredients needed to make Beetroot Aaloo Paratha:
  1. Take 1 cup Beetroot wheat flour
  2. Take 1 cup multigrain flour
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  4. Prepare As per taste Himalaya salt
  5. Prepare As required Ghee to cook paratha
  6. Prepare as needed Water
  7. Prepare For Stuffing:-
  8. Get 2 cups boiled and smashed potatoes
  9. Get 1 big onion finely chopped
  10. Take 2 Green chilli finely chopped
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp grated garlic
  12. Take 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  13. Make ready 1 tsp anardana powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  15. Get 2 tbsp grated cheese
  16. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  17. Get 1 tsp saunf lakhnavi
  18. Prepare 1 tsp cumin
  19. Prepare As per taste Himalayan salt

  21. Prepare 250 grams Curd
  22. Take 1/2 cup Sweetlime's pieces
  23. Make ready 1 tbsp Pomegranate
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp honey
  25. Take 1 tbsp raisins
  26. Take 1 tbsp roasted Almond flakes
  27. Take 1 tbsp mix coloured tutti frutti

Steps to make Beetroot Aaloo Paratha:
  1. Mix Beetroot flour, multigrain flour, oil & salt in a bowl mix well and knead a soft dough with water.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, chilli, garlic,coriander, anardana powder, kitchen king masala & salt in a bowl. Heat a pan add ghee add saun & cumin when starts cracking add onion and salt, saute till turns transparent and soft. Add potato mixture, mix properly till mix well. Cool the stuffing and mix it.
  3. Knead a dough again and make equal Rounds and roll small poori take 1 tbsp of potato stuffing keep it in center and fold it and again roll the paratha gently and cook both sides properly applying ghee both the sides.
  4. For Fruity Raita whisk curd properly in a bowl and all the ingredients mix and garnish with cherry and serve in a bowl.
