  1. Take chkeen kheema add ginger garlic paste,salt red chilli powder,chilli flakes,cornflour,dhania and jeera powder,garam masala powder,green chillies,dried anardana,coriander leaves mix well..
  2. Now add eggs and mint leaves,give it a good mix and marinate for 2 hours…
  3. Cut tomatoes into thin slices, take a pan add little oil..grease hands with oil take the chicken batter into hand and shape in cutlet, middle add the slice of tomato..and shallow fry as shown in the picture..fry frm both the side..
  4. Take mayonise and ketchup mix it well keep aside..
  5. Now cut bread into round shape woth the cutter..apply the ketchup mayo sauce,keep the cutlet inbetwn..
  6. Top up with mint chutney and serve the best evr sandwich..👍
