  2. Now take a mixing bowl add all the ings and spices and mix it well.
  3. Now put some water and make batter.
  4. Now heat oil in a kadhai and take some besan batter in your hand and put it in heated oil.
  5. Put 3-4 at a time it should be in lemon size.
  6. Fry on medium flame till they are little brownish in colour.
  7. Remove it on a paper towel and let it cool a bit.
  8. Now make 2-3 pieces from each pakoras and refry them till they crispy and golden in colour.
