  1. Get 1 cup Soaked kabuli Chana
  2. Take 2 tbsp Soaked chana dal
  3. Make ready 1 big cardamom
  4. Get 2 tbsp cinnamon
  5. Get 1 pinch baking soda
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp tea leaves water
  7. Get 1/2 cup chopped onion
  8. Prepare 1/2 tbsp anardana powder
  9. Get 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  10. Take 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
  11. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  12. Get 1 tbsp Punjabi garam masala
  13. Get 1/2 red chilli powder
  14. Get 3/4 cup Fresh Tomato puree
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp Choley masala
  16. Take 4 tbsp cooking oil
  17. Make ready to taste Salt according
  18. Take Few Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps to make Choley bhature:
  1. Wash the kabuli Chana and keep it into the water for whole night. Next day add some cardamom cinnamon and tea leaves water into the cooker along with kabuki Chana. Add all the above given ingredients for making the choley and also add some water of about 2.5 cup and keep it boil now add some cooking oil into Kadhai and add chopped onions and saute it until it gets brown in colour now add all the spices and saute it well until and unless it will leave water from all it's corner.
  2. Now saute it well and add boiled kabuli Chana and keep it stir until it soaks all the water from that mixture.when it soaks all the water our choley is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot
  3. Now for bhature:- add all the ingredients into a big bowl along with some salt which is mentioned above for bhature and knead the dough and keep it in an air tight container for at least 2-3 hours. Now make the bhaturas with it.
