  3. Make ready 2 medium size Grated potato
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Boiled corn
  5. Get 1.5 tbsp Cornflour
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp Oats flour
  7. Make ready 2.5 tbsp Rice flour
  8. Prepare Salt as per taste
  9. Make ready 1 Chopped green chilli
  10. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  13. Take 1/2 tsp Dried mango powder
  14. Get 1/4 tsp Anardana powder
  15. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  16. Make ready Freshly chopped coriander
  17. Take 1 tbsp+for shallow frying Oil

Instructions to make Broken wheat vegetable cutlet:
  1. Take broken wheat in a bowl and wash throughly under running water.
  2. Transfer in a pressure cooker and add 2 cups of water to it.Close the lid and pressure cook the broken wheat till you hear 2 whistles.Simmer the gas and cook for another 5 minutes.Turn off the gas and let the pressure release naturally.
  3. Drain the excess water and transfer in a bowl.
  4. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a wok.Add cumin seeds.When they start crackle add boiled corns to it.Saute for few seconds and add grated carrot and grated potatoes to it.
  5. Give it a nice mix and add broken wheat to it.
  6. Mix throughly and add garam masala,anaardana powder and dried mango powder.Mix and cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame.Transfer this mixture in a plate and allow it to cool down completely.
  7. Now add cornflour,rice flour,oats flour,salt,green chilli and fresh coriander to it.Mix evenly.
  8. Grease your hands with water and take a big lemon size portion from this mixture and gently press them between your palms.Make other cutlets like this only.Keep this in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  9. Heat non stick tawa and drizzle some oil on it.Gently place cutlets on it.Cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low flame and flip.Cook from another side till golden and crisp.
  10. Transfer in a serving plate.Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy!!
