  5. Get water according to batter(material)
  6. Get 1 spoon malai
  7. Get lauki(bottle gourd,ghiya) one small size shreded
  8. Prepare 1 potato peeled and shreded
  9. Take gram flour according to batter as 200 gm
  10. Make ready to taste salt
  11. Take 1 tsp chilli powder
  12. Take amchoor powder one little spoon
  13. Make ready pince of turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder

  1. Take a bowl put shreded lauki,potato,gram flour and all the spices in it.
  2. Add malai mix it, now add water to make a little thick batter.
  3. Take a pan put oil,heat the oil.
  4. Soak the oil on a tissue and plate it with curd.
  5. Now put the material with a big spoon and fry it.
