Instructions to make Amratsari Paneer:
  1. Cut Paneer in long pieces.
  2. Make a thick batter of Flour with all ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle 2-3 tsp water if necessary. Add 1/2 tsp oil and mix well.
  4. Marinate Paneer for 30-40 mins.
  5. Either Fry pieces or grill on a barbeque skewers or grill till crisp and brown.
  6. Toss well, Garnish with Coriander leaves
  7. Serve hot with tooth pick to pick up easily.
