  1. Prepare 250 gm maida
  2. Take 1 tsp sabut daniya seeds
  3. Get 1 tsp carom seeds
  4. Make ready 1 tsp kasoori methi
  5. Get 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  6. Prepare 1 tsp anardana powder
  7. Take to taste salt
  8. Make ready oil for fry +moyan

Instructions to make Masala Mathri:
  1. Put maida,salt,anar dana powder,kasoori methi,black pepper,carom seeds in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix it well add oil for moyan and some lukewarm water and make a dough,
  3. Rest dough for 1 hour.
  4. Make balls with the dough.
  5. Roll methi shape with the balls.
  6. Heat oil in a heavy bottom wok add mathri and deep fry till golden and crispy.
