  1. Take a large bowl add gram flour,curd,salt,turmeric powder,green chilli and ginger paste and water and mix well.
  2. Heat heavy bottom vessel and add the khandvi batter,stir continuously for 8 - 10 mins till thick.
  3. Turn off the flame,and spread the batter in the back side of the plate.
  4. Once cooled,cut into equal size strips and roll it tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan,add rai/black mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  6. Switch off the flame and pour on the khandvi
