  1. Prepare 250 gm Chana
  2. Take 3 medium onion
  3. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare To taste Salt,
  5. Prepare to taste chilli powder, ,
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  8. Get as needed coriander leaves & green chillies
  9. Prepare to taste Amchur/anardana,

Instructions to make Punjabi Chole Puri:
  1. Soak chickpeas overnight. - In a pan heat oil add jeera, black elaichi & cinnamon.
  2. Add coarsely grinded onion. Cook till light brown. - Add ginger garlic paste. Cook till oil seperates.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder, amchur/ anardana & chopped green chillies
  4. Add soaked chana & green chilli. Pressure cook. - Add chopped coriander leaves check the seasoning & cook on low flame for sometime. - Serve with hot puris
