Instructions to make Moong Dal Kebab:
  1. Wash and soak the dal for 15-20 mins.
  2. In a vessel boil dal by adding salt and haldi.
  3. Cook it till each grain is soft but not overcooked.
  4. Strain and remove excess water.
  5. Spread the dal in a plate and allow it to cool.
  6. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes ; dal, carrot and all the above ingredients.
  7. Adjust the taste.
  8. Mix and make a soft dough.
