  7. Get 2 tsp amchur powder

Instructions to make Raw Mango Koki:

  2. Mix all the above ings in wheat flour and rub with your palm till you get small small lumps.
  3. Now add little water to knead a dough. - Make a hard dough. - Let it rest for 5 mins.
  4. Now make 4_5 balls from it. - Take 1 ball and roll it puri size.
  5. Heat a tava and it halfly from both the sides. - Now roll this puri to a 1/2 thick paratha and roast it on medium flame both the sides.
  6. When it is roasted both the sides put sum oil and roast again to make it crispy. - Your yummy raw mango koki is ready. - Serve hot with curd.
