The ingredients needed to make Raita masala:
  1. Take 100 gm cumin seed
  2. Make ready 100 gm black salt
  3. Get 4-5 Sabut Red chilli
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Black pepper
  5. Get 1 tbsp amchur powder (optional)
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp carom seed (ajwain)
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp pudina powder (optional)
  8. Take 1 tbsp anardana powder (optional)

Instructions to make Raita masala:
  1. Roast cumin seed for 1 min and carom seed for 30 sec then roast Red sabut mirch for 20 sec
  2. After that take mixi jar add roasted cumin, carom seed, black pepper, white and black salt, amchur powder, anardana powder, pudina powder roasted red chilli
  3. Grind it and make a fine powder
  4. Use for any type of raita
