The ingredients needed to make Bharwan Bhindi/Stuffed Okra:
  1. Take 250 - 300 gms Okra Ladies finger Bhindi Fresh medium / small size / / .
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp Sesame seeds / Til . .
  3. Get 1 tbsp Cumin Jeera / powder . .
  4. Take 1 tbsp Dhaniya Coriander powder / powder . .
  5. Take 1/2 tbsp Amchoor masala powder / Chat . * optional .
  6. Get 1/2 tbsp Anardana powder . .
  7. Prepare to taste Salt chilly . and red powder

Instructions to make Bharwan Bhindi/Stuffed Okra:
  1. Slit the bhindi length wise making a pocket to stuff the masala.
  2. In a small bowl, add all the masalas and mix well.
  3. Carefully fill the bhindi with the masala, generously.
  4. If a little masala is left, it is good :)
  5. Once they are all done, heat oil in a pan and add the jeera.
  6. Once it browns a little, reduce the heat to low-medium.
  7. Add the bhindi one at a time and lay them properly in the pan.
  8. Let them cook on one side for a few min.
  9. Toss them gently and let the other side cook.
  10. Sprinkle the extra masala on top and mix with a light hand.
  11. The bhindi shall be done once it changes color to dark green.
  12. Serve with roti/bhakri/paratha.
