  5. Make ready 1 handful real bacon bits (bag next to salad toppings)

  7. Make ready 1 can (27 oz) black beans (I use Goya brand)

Steps to make Weeknight Black Beans:
  1. Add everything to a pot and bring to a low simmer.. I also add salt pepper and garlic now to with dash of vinegar(light on salt if to salty add more water)
  2. About 20-30 minutes later it will be done onion and if added peppers will all be soft by now
