  6. Get 1 can Goya Black beans (low sodium)

  11. Prepare 1 tbsp Cayenne powder

Steps to make Ruthy's Chill Chili:
  1. Olive oil to pan or pot for preheat. Brown your ground meat and add vinegar (optional)
  2. Add all dry ingredients while at mefium heat (Turning vigorously)
  3. Add your finely chopped ingredients allow to simmer for 15 minutes low heat setting
  4. Add tomato sauce,beans and corn. Stir lightly at medium heat (5min to 7 minsto insure heat destribution but no pan or pot sticking)
  5. Cover pot or pan (Deep pan recommended) let simmer on low heat for 35 mins
