Instructions to make Whole chicken in airfryer:
  1. Season a day before if possible.Remove extra inside parts. Wash and clean your chicken really well with vinegar. Pat dry.
  2. Rub olive oil all over and inside of chicken. Season each size of chicken with all seasoning starting with the Goya first.
  3. Cut onion,apple, and celery stuff chicken add rest of season inside. Place chicken in fridge for a day or an hour before. Wrap chicken in foil and cook on breast down for 45 mins on 360. Remove foil cook on dark meat side for 40 mins. Turn over and cook for 10 to 20 mins depending on size of chicken.
  4. Let sit for about 5- 10 mins and enjoy!!!!!

While I was on a roll, I also did the french fries, jalapeno peppers and crumbed mushrooms. It's the most delicious whole chicken I've ever made!
