  1. Get Half cup rolled oats
  2. Get 1/4 cup cabbage (shredded)
  3. Get 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  4. Get 1/4 cup chopped onion
  5. Take 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  6. Take 2 chopped green chillies
  7. Get 8-10 beans finely chopped
  8. Take 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
  9. Prepare 1 tsp chopped garlic
  10. Prepare 1 tsp chopped ginger
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  12. Take To taste Salt
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
