  3. Make ball sized dough, dust it with wheat flour and roll gently. Put the stuffing into middle of the dough and close it by gathering all edges. Again dust it with wheat flour and gently roll paratha.
  4. Heat the pan on medium low heat and place stuffed paratha on hot pan. Once base it partly cooked, flip paratha. You can add little ghee/oil on both side while cooking paratha. Flip paratha 1-2 times until it is completely cooked.
  5. Delicious and healthy stuffed paratha is ready to eat. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Serve this delicious paratha with curd, pickle or chutney.
