The ingredients needed to make Muthiya:
  1. Make ready 2cups Boiled rice..besan for binding
  2. Get 250 gms curd.besan for kadhi
  3. Take Salt to taste. Water
  4. Get 1 tbsp .Turmeric powder. Garlic chutney
  5. Take 1 tbsp Garlic chutney… Garlic red chilli powder salt and little water
  6. Make ready as required For tempering oil. Mustard seeds. Curry leaves. Hing

Steps to make Muthiya:
  1. Take a bowl add curd and besan to make thin batter
  2. Now add turmeric powder. Salt to taste. Garlic chutney and keep to boil
  3. Now take another bowl… Add boiled or leftover rice…
  4. Add besan. Salt to taste. Turmeric powder. Coriander and bind together and make muthiyas
  5. Take a kadai put oil and do the tempering… Mustard seeds. Hing. Curry leaves and add the curd besan batter…consistency should be thin
  6. Let 3 to 4 boil come… Now add the muthiya made with rice and besan in it… It will go in the bottom
  7. Cover the kadhi and let it boil… Stir in intervals….to check if it's done… We can see the muthiyas float up… It's done
  8. Now you can serve hot and garnish with coriander
