  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Get Oil to fry
  11. Take Water for binding

Instructions to make Maize Murukku#flourchallenge:
  1. Measure & prepare all the ingredients
  2. In a bowl or plate add the flours,cumin,sesame seeds,salt,red chilli powder,carom seeds,mix it
  3. Add butter, hot oil mix till crumbly. Then bind using water a little at a time.
  4. Make like a ball & put in the mould or machine
  5. In medium hot oil press above the oil the mould & make murukku. Fry till golden brown
  6. Continue like this,make with the rest of the dough
  7. Murukku is ready to serve. Once cool it can be stored in an airtight tin. Enjoyed as a snack
