  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp chopped Green chilli
  8. Prepare 1-2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Prepare 1-2 tsp Besan/Gram flour for binding
  10. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. Get Pinch asafoetida
  12. Make ready 2 tsp Fresh Coriander leaves chopped
  13. Get 1-2 tsp Cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  15. Make ready to taste Salt
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper Powder
  17. Take 1 cup mix Vegetable
  18. Prepare Sandwich
  19. Take 2 Brown bread slices
  20. Make ready 3-5 Cucumber slices
  21. Prepare 3-5 Tomato slices
  22. Take 1 Cheese slice or grated cheese
  23. Get 1/2 tsp Oregano
  24. Take as needed Olive oil for roasting the bread (optional)

Instructions to make Sprouted Moong Dal Mini Cutlets and Sandwiches:
  1. Blend the oats and transfer it to bowl. Blend the sprouted moong dal in grinder.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Sprouts mixture, onions, asafoetida, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, green chillies, red chilli powder, black pepper and grated veggies of your choice. Mix gently.
  3. Then add oats powder and salt in the mixture. Add little bit of Besan if your mixture is dry.
  4. Make small round balls or tikkis from this mixture. Heat some oil in Non-stick pan on low flame. Now add 2-4 sprouted balls in pan and shallow fry them. Cook them till they turn golden brown from all the sides. Serve immediately.
  5. For making a sandwich - on bread slices, add cheese slice, spread 2 sprouted cutlet (break them into pieces), tomato slices, sprinkle oregano or black salt. Spread tomato ketchup on other bread slice and cover.
  6. It's ready… Serve hot.
