  1. Make ready 250 gms all-purpose flour
  2. Make ready 3 Tsp Oil for binding
  3. Prepare As per taste Salt
  4. Prepare 100 ml Water
  5. Get 100 gms For stuffing khukhus
  6. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Take 2 Tsp Oil
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 2 tsp Dry coriander powder
  10. Take 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. Get 2 tsp Chaat masala
  12. Get 2 tsp Garam masala powder
  13. Get As per taste Salt
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Sugar
  15. Get 1 tsp Achaar masala
  16. Get 2 Bread crumbs of whole bread
  17. Make ready 2 mashed boiled potatoes

Instructions to make Khuskhus matar kachodi:
  1. Take all-purpose flour and mix some salt in it.
  2. Add some oil in it and bind slowly.
  3. Add water and mix it properly.
  4. Then make a soft dough. And keep aside.
  5. Take khuskhus in a bowl and soak it in sufficient water for 1/2 an hour.
  6. Make a smooth paste of it.
  7. Now heat a pan and take oil and add cumin seeds in it.
  8. Now add chopped onions in it and also all dry ingredients to it.
  9. Add 1/2tsp of hing powder to it.
  10. Now roast it properly untill it become light brown.Also add some achaar masala to it.
  11. Now add potatoes and green peas in it and stir well.
  12. And then add bread crumbs to it.
  13. And roast properly.
  14. It is done.
  15. Now take dough and make balls of equal sizes.
  16. Now roll the ball in a puri.
  17. Now stuff the filling and shape it like a momos.
  18. And roll it again.
  19. Now heat up the oil. And deep fry all the kachodis in it.
  20. Deep fry all the kachodis untill it becomes in golden colour. Place them on a tissue paper to soak oil.
  21. Now plate them nicely and serve with sauce.
