  1. Firstly prepare vanilla ice-cream by taking full fat cream and condensed milk and vanilla essence whisk it nicely and keep into freezer overnight.
  2. Next morning take oreo biscuit pulse it into fine powder then add chesse triangle and form a dough.
  3. Now spread it evenly and with the help of a cutter or a lid of bottle cut into round shape. Refrigerate it to become hard.
  4. Now take vanilla ice-cream cut into disc shape and place in between these oreo covers formed. Insert a stick and keep in freezer for 4 hrs so that it becomes hard. Cover it with a butter paper to avoid ice crystals on ice cream. Stick will help for dipping into chocolate, you may remove it later.
  5. Take chocolate on double boiler and melt it add 2 tbsp of coconut oil and make it a runny mix. Take one by one sandwich right away from the freezer and dip into hot chocolate so that it gets coated and chocolate sets on the chilled sandwich.
