The ingredients needed to make Bread Pizza Rolls:
  1. Get 250 grm boneless chicken
  2. Take 1 tbls ginger garlic paste
  3. Make ready 1 tbls lemon juice
  4. Get 2 tbls Tikka Masala
  5. Prepare 2 tbls yogurt
  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Make ready 2 tbls chopped capsicum
  8. Prepare 2 tbls chopped onion
  9. Prepare 2 tbls olives (optional)
  10. Prepare 2 tbls oil
  11. Get 1/4 cup pizza Sauce
  12. Get (Binding mixture)
  13. Make ready 1 tbls flour
  14. Make ready 2 tbls water
  15. Get Mozzarella sticks (as required)
  16. Prepare Bread slices (as required)
  17. Get 2 beaten eggs
  18. Make ready Bread Crumbs (As required)

Instructions to make Bread Pizza Rolls:
  1. First step is merinate the boneless chicken (small pieces) with Tikka masala, yogurt, lemon juice and salt (Tikka masala already have salt so add salt carefully). Marinate it for 30 minutes.
  2. 2nd step : In pan heat up oil and add ginger garlic paste cook for 30 seconds then add marinated chicken.
  3. Cook Chicken by covering it till it's tendered. Now add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, black olives and pizza Sauce, mix them all well. Now set aside and let it cool.
  4. 3rd Step: Take bread slices cut there edges (brown parts) and flatten them with rolling pin. Flat all the required bread slices and set aside.
  5. 4th Step is making the binding mixture. Take a small bowl and mix water with flour. Mix till no lumbs in it.
  6. 5th Step: Now time to make and assemble pizza rolls. Take a slice of bread and spread binding mixture on the edges of bread,add a tbls of chicken mixture then place a stick of mozzarella cheese, roll it and bind the sides of bread. Make all like this.
  7. 6th Step: Dip ready bread rolls in beaten eggs then coat with bread crumbs and fry in medium high oil till golden brown from both sides.
  8. Serve this really tasty Bread Pizza Rolls with ketchup and Enjoy.
