  1. Get 4 Eggs
  2. Get 2 tbsp Gram Flour for binding
  3. Take 1 Onion finely chopped
  4. Make ready 2 Green chilli or as needed
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
  6. Take 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves and Spring Onion
  7. Take 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. Get As needed Red chilli powder
  10. Take 1 tsp Carrom Seeds
  11. Prepare to taste Salt
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil

  1. Take a large bowl. Add egg bhurji, gram flour, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and salt. Add all the dry ingredients. Mix………………well
  2. Knead a smooth dough. From the dough make a small size balls. Brush oil in egg bhurji balls. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Once it is done. Take out the Air Fryer basket. Brush oil in the basket.
  4. Arrange the egg bhurji balls. Don't over crowd it. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes. Check it. If it is done.
  5. Transfer to a beautiful plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Ready to serve with tomato sauce
