  1. Chop the methi leaves and coriander leaves. Chop green chillies. Make ginger garlic paste.
  2. Make a batter with besan, rawa, bread crumbs. Add all spices.
  3. Now mix all ingredients and bind a stiff batter/dough. Smash paneer and add salt. Now make small paneer balls and coat it with methi besan batter.
  4. Deep fry all pakoras in batches. Serve with tomato ketchup and ginger tea.
