  1. Grind the soaked Dal…not too wet little dry while grinding add green chilli, ginger, and some coriander leaves
  2. In a kadhai pour oil for deep fry add salt and boiled potato to the Dal paste.. Check the consistency of mixture if it is wet than u can add some besan to it or u may avoid…. Mix well… Make kofta out of them.. Fill some mozzarella cheese In the middle… Deep fry all kofta
  3. For gravy… Pour little oil in a pan add chopped onions and fry… Add ginger garlic paste,onion paste and fry add all dry masala and fry… Add tomatoes and fry till masala leaves oil add kaju paste… And mix well now add water 2 to 3 cups… Allow it to boil.. Now add kofta… Sim the gas… Cover with lid for 3 to 4 mins, garnish with chopped Coriander leaves
  4. Serve hot with roti, parantha, or rice
