  6. Take 2 tbsp Oil
  7. Take as needed Yogurt mixed with Water (for binding)
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Sesame (for sprinkling)

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add oil and mix well, then bind with yogurt mixture to soft dough. - Rest the dough for 2 hours, spray oil on dough and mix well then make pingpong balls, roll as rotis, sprinkle sesame and press it by rolling. Roast each on tava apply ghee or butter - - NB: if you keep thick rotis it will be more thicker cause of yeast
