  3. Make ready 2 tsp Yeast
  4. Get 1 Egg
  5. Take 2 tbsp Sugar
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder or Vanilla essence
  7. Take 4 tbsp Milk powder (or warm Milk for binding)
  8. Get 3 tbsp Margarine/Butter
  9. Make ready Custard:
  10. Get 1 cup Milk
  11. Take 1 cup Cream
  12. Make ready 2-3 tbsp Custard powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  14. Take 1/4 cup Sugar

Don’t exert more just a little. glaze with sugar or can use glaze and keep on platter. - - Boil all ingredients of custard together, while whisking with hand whisk to thick custard, let it cool then do filling
