Instructions to make Dates nuts Swiss roll:
  1. Take seedless dates and grind it properly
  2. Now in a pan dry roast poopy seeds over low to medium heat till fragrance.when it will roast the remove from pan.
  3. Now heat butter or ghee in a pan and then add roughly chopped mix dry fruits and then cook it till crunchy and then transfer it in a plate.
  4. Now remaining ghee in pan and add dates cook it over load to medium heat.
  5. And dates becoming softer keep cooking about 3-4 min.
  6. Now add all the ingredients poppy seeds, dry fruits,cardamom powder and stir properly.
  7. Now transfer in a big cutting fresh foil and spils up.
  8. Now take a bowl on the other side,take coconut powder and condensed milk, green colour and mix together for binding
  9. And this binding powder will spread over the dates batter and now roll with fresh foil property.
