The ingredients needed to make Rajma Pops:
  1. Take For stuffing : Rajma - 1 cup (soaked and boiled)
  2. Take Onion - 1 tbsp finely chopped
  3. Get Green chilli - 1tsp finely chopped
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp Jeera -
  5. Get 1/4 tsp Ciba hing -
  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder -
  8. Get 2 tsp Ciba rajma masala -
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp Ciba haldi -
  10. Take Oil to fry
  11. Make ready 1-2 tbsp Cheese cream -
  12. Take 1 cup For outer covering/layer : boiled and mashed potatoes -
  13. Take to taste Salt
  14. Take Bread slices for binding - 2 slices
  15. Prepare Mix kachumber for garnish

Rājmā or Rāzmā is a vegetarian dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, consisting of red kidney beans in a thick gravy with many Indian whole spices, and is usually served with rice. Steps to make Rajma Pops:
  1. Wash and soak rajma overnight. Boiled by adding little salt..
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Put jeera and ciba hing. Add finely chopped onions. Saute for 2 mins..
  3. Add salt and pepper and haldi and rajma masala.
  4. Mix well and crush this mixture with the help of masher. Keep aside.
  5. Now take boiled and mashed potatoes add salt and bread. Mix well.
  6. Now in modak mould put potato mixture and stuff rajma stuffing and gv shape like modaks.
  7. Prepare all. Keep aside.
  8. Heat oil and fry till golden brown and crispy.
  9. Arrange pops in satay sticks.
  10. Garnish with kachumber salad and serve hot with choice of ur sauces/dips.
