  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Beef mince…..
  2. Get 1.1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Chaat masala
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Take 1 1/2 tsp Dry crushed coriander….
  8. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder….
  9. Prepare 1 tsp or to taste Salt
  10. Get 2 Onion thinly slices…..
  11. Get 2 Tomato cut in cubes…
  12. Take 1 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  13. Get 5 to 6 tbsp Bajre ka aata…..
  14. Prepare 1 or 1/2 Egg…. just for binding

Steps to make Bajre ke aate ke kabab:
  1. Take beef mince.
  2. Mince should b completely dry then
  3. Mix all ingredients in beef minced except egg and bajre ka AATA.
  4. Leave it for rest for half an hour. Now add bajre ka AATA and eggs again mix well.
  5. Now make balls and fry in medium flame and serve hot with chutney and ketchup
