Steps to make Makki di roti and sarson da saag:
  1. Clean and cut sarson and palak… Wash 2 times and boil it add ginger and chillies. Make 5 whistles. When whistle release… Grind it..
  2. For tadka… Grind tomatoes and garlic… Take wok, add 4 tsp ghee.. add tomatoes paste… Add garam masala, degi mirch and salt as per taste. cook till oil separates
  3. Add sarso and plk puree to tadka… Cook for 15 mins…
  4. For makki ki roti.. take aata, 1 tsp ajwain and salt. Make dough with warm water
  5. Take foil paper or any plastic wrap.. put lil oil on it and press with palm..flip that wrap take roti on hand and dn on tawa
  6. You can fry them in oil or baked on tawas with ghee…
  7. Your dish is ready. On top add ghee for more traditional taste.. serve with radish..
