The ingredients needed to make Makki ki roti:
  1. Get 200 gm makki ka atta/maize flour
  2. Prepare 2 tablespoon curd
  3. Make ready 1 bowl radish 's soft leaves
  4. Make ready To taste Salt and red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. Get 4-5 tsp Oil

Steps to make Makki ki roti:
  1. Take some soft leaves of radish & finely chopped it
  2. Wash properly & add it into atta also add salt mirchi coriander powder
  3. Ajwain & curd mix it now take water make soft & smooth dove
  4. Now take a boll shape atta press it with your hands as a tikki shape
  5. Heat tawa very well & grease it put the material on tawa move your hands slowly & give it roti shape
  6. Flame can do mid or full as required after proper cooked we can serve it with butter
  7. If you want can add ginger and garlic also. curd make it soft & chrispy you can eat
  8. It in breakfast or lunch
