  1. Take a bowl add flour and all the spices green chilli ginger paste, oil salt, red chilli powder, mehthi leaves chopped
  2. Coriander leaves, soaked chana dal
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well with the help of palm and make a semi soft dough
  4. Mean while keep your steamer ready to steam the dhoklas
  5. Take a small ball out of dough and make a while between it
  6. Now steam dhokla for 15- 20 min. Dhokla will rise up in size as they cook
