  1. Prepare 2 cup Makki ka aata/Maize Flour
  2. Make ready as needed Water
  3. Take 2 tsp Butter

Steps to make Makki ki roti:
  1. First of all..Take a bowl, Add Maize flour, pinch of salt and knead into a firm dough using water…Cover and kept aside for 1 hour….
  2. Now take small portions of dough and roll the roti with the help of little maize flour….
  3. Now Heat a nonstick tawa on high flame, Place the roti gently over it…..Cook until small blisters appears on the surface….Cook from both side until brown spots appears on both sides……
  4. Smear butter on top of makki ki roti and serve hot with curry….
