  1. Prepare 1 cup maize flour (makki Ka atta)
  2. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. Take 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves (methi)
  5. Get 2 green chillies finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Make ready as required Warm water to bind dough
  10. Get as required Ghee for roasting
  11. Prepare To serve parathas.
