  1. Get 1 1/2 cup Maize flour \ Makki ka atta
  2. Take 2 teaspoons Garlic chutney or garlic (chopped)
  3. Take 1 cup Radish (grated)
  4. Make ready 2 tablespoons Green coriander (finely chopped)
  5. Take 1 Green chili (finely chopped)
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds
  7. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  8. Make ready as required Clarified butter -for roasting Doda/ROTI
  9. Take to taste Salt

Steps to make Makki mooli ka doda:
  1. Grate radish in a bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in it and knead a soft dough.
  3. Cover the dough for 5 minutes. - Now divide the dough into 4 parts.
  4. Put the Tawa on the gas on the medium flame. - Now take a large and square-shaped aluminum paper. - Sprinkle a spoonful of water on it. - Then put a dough.
  5. Apply water on your palms and make a round shape roti by pressing it.
  6. Raise the aluminum paper with roti and turn upside down on the Tawa.
  7. Carefully remove the aluminum paper from the roti.
  8. Keep it on medium flame, when roti gets lightly brown on one side, apply ghee and turn the roti.
  9. Repeat it for 1 minute, apply ghee on it again and turn again. When the roti is light brown on both the sides, put it on the plate.
  10. You can eat it with garlic chutney and homemade white butter.
  11. NOTE:-If you are using chopped garlic then you can increase the amount of red chili powder.
