  2. Take 100 gm spinach leaves
  3. Get 50 gm bathua leaves
  4. Make ready 2 big onion chopped
  5. Prepare 2 tomato chopped
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp corn meal flour
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp desi ghee

  1. Wash spinach, mustard leaves and bathua well add green chilli's salt and boil in pressure cooker till 3 whistles.
  2. Now heat ghee and butter in a pan add cumin seeds and hing.add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.now add onion and saute till golden in colour.add tomato and cook till pulpy and mashy.Add all the spices.
  3. After pressure releases,add corn meal to the mustard leaves.blend it with the help of hand blender to make it smooth.
  4. Now add it to tomato paste and cook till done.
  5. It will take approx 30 minutes on low flame.
  6. For makki ki roti.take flour and add water to knead a ferm dough.Rest it for 10 minutes.make little small balls and take between 2 plastic sheets and press with a plate.Take out from sheet care fully and cook on tawa.u can apply oil to make parantha.ready to serve.
  7. Garnish with jaggery and serve.
