  1. Prepare 500 gms mustard leaves
  2. Take 250 gms spinach leaves
  3. Get 125 gms bathua leaves
  4. Take 2 big chopped onions
  5. Take 2 big chopped tomatoes
  6. Get 2 big green chillies
  7. Prepare 1 tsp ginger paste
  8. Make ready 1 tsp garlic paste
  9. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  11. Get 1 tsp masala
  12. Make ready TO taste salt
  13. Prepare For makki ki roti-
  14. Make ready 3 cups maize flour
  15. Get As needed water
  16. Prepare 2 tsp ghee
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp ajwain
  18. Get 1 onion
  19. Make ready To taste salt

Instructions to make Makki ki roti & sarso ka saag:
  1. Clean and chop all the greens and then wash them again running water to remove dirt. Repeat the process 3-4 times.
  2. In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients and cook it for,8-10 minutes.
  3. Put the greens along with stock and blender and blend it for a min.
  4. Take a bowl and pour the blended greens in it. Now take a pan, heat ghee. Add garlic paste and ginger paste after that add chopped onion and saute it and add chopped tomato and green chiili add the saag and stir fry them. Keep stirring for few minutes.
  5. For Makki ki roti:-
  6. Mix all the ingredients in bowl. Add the water and knead well. Roll the dough and make small size balls of the dough.
  7. Roast the Makki ki roti on a tawa with a few drops of ghee until it's brown and thoroughly cooked.
  8. Serve hot with sarso ka saag.
