The ingredients needed to make Makki/ maize methi dosa:
  1. Prepare 2 cup Maize flour / Makki atta
  2. Get 3/4 cup methi leaves (fenugreek)
  3. Get 1 small onion with green chilli chopped
  4. Take to taste Salt
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Carom seeds ( optional)
  6. Get 1/2 cup Curd
  7. Make ready 1 pkt Eno

Maize flour is used in Indian roti like makai methi roti, makai methi mooli paratha. Enjoy chila, nacho chips and healthy pizza bases made from makai ka Maize flour also called as corn meal and Makai ka atta. It is yellow coloured flour with coarse texture. Instructions to make Makki/ maize methi dosa:
  1. Take a big bowl add all ingredients one by one and with water make a smooth lump free batter
  2. Heat and Grease non stick tawa. Mix eno with sprinkle water in the batter.spread a ladle full batter spread on tawa when it seems colour change again sprinkle oil on it and flip the side crisp both sides on a low flame.make all dosa like that
  3. When u spread batter the flame should be slow otherwise difficult to spread in round shape. Serve hot with chutney, pickle or butter a the curd.
