  2. Prepare 1 cup chopped vegetables any or any cooked material of a day before
  3. Take to taste chopped chilli
  4. Prepare 2 chopped onion
  5. Get 1 tbsp spices like salt,chilli powder,garam masala
  6. Take 1 for brinjal raita,one brinjal roasted / bhoona hua on the flame directly
  7. Take 1 bowl crushed curd
  8. Get leaves coriander
  9. Take to taste spices like salt and pepper powder
  10. Take as needed water for dough
  11. Take as needed ghee for parantha

Steps to make Makki ka parantha & brinjal Raita:
  1. Make a dough take a bowl put makki ka flour,vegetables,chopped chilli,chopped onion,spices.
  2. Now mix all ingredients and put little little water according to flour and ready the flour take aside.
  3. Now make Raita take a bowl put crushed curd.
  4. Take bhoona brinjal peel of it's out side dry layer and chopped it.
  5. Add brinjal into curd and add coriander leaves,salt and pepper powder.
  6. Raita is ready now put a tawa on the flame and make parantha.
  7. Plate it the dish is ready.
